My son is looking for a MALE student to take over his lease for the Aug 2018-July 30, 2019 at the U Club Townhomes @ Overton Park. They are located across the street from TTU. It is for a room in a 4 bdrm beautiful townhome. The U Club has great amenities! I highly recommend taking a look online or in person to see everything these townhomes have to offer for college students. If you are interested in re-letting his room the rate is $529mo. If you were to go to townhomes today and sign a lease it would go for the new rate of $549mo.

My daughter is studying abroad in the fall and needs a female to sublease her bottom floor room and bath at a stand-alone cottage at The Cottages on Glenna Goodacre. She's willing to sublease it for the whole school year or just the fall!

There is an option to take a 10-month lease also (August 2017 through May 2018.) Monthly rent installment is $529 for a 12-month lease.

We need your assistance!!! We are looking for someone to take over an individual lease at 25Twenty starting in August. This is for the full term of the lease: FROM AUGUST '17 TO AUGUST '18. The apartment is the "A" side of 2bd/2ba "B" floorplan. Monthly rent installment is $734.00.

We are also offering a $200 Visa gift card for anyone who signs an approved sublease agreement and refers to this ad.

Our son would love to stay, but I have recently been put on disability and therefore he will need to downgrade to another apartment.

The apartment is the "A" side of 2bd/2ba "B" floorplan. The apartment is furnished and situated on the 3rd floor facing (directly) across from Jones Stadium. "I am looking for two roommates for a 12 month lease from August 2017 to August 2018. I live at Lynnwood Townhomes in a 3/3. I have 2 cats, and one more pet is allowed. There is a 2-car garage and a "backyard"-- a small fenced in patch of grass. Current rent is $325 each, with internet included (it may go up slightly for next year). Utilities usually run between $65-75 per person each month. I am located to the northwest outside loop 289 by the Slide/Erskine intersection, about an 8 minute drive to the Health Sciences Center. I think there is a bus route that goes by the entrance to the Lynnwood Townhomes neighborhood.
