"I am looking for two roommates for a 12 month lease from August 2017 to August 2018. I live at Lynnwood Townhomes in a 3/3. I have 2 cats, and one more pet is allowed. There is a 2-car garage and a "backyard"-- a small fenced in patch of grass. Current rent is $325 each, with internet included (it may go up slightly for next year). Utilities usually run between $65-75 per person each month. I am located to the northwest outside loop 289 by the Slide/Erskine intersection, about an 8 minute drive to the Health Sciences Center. I think there is a bus route that goes by the entrance to the Lynnwood Townhomes neighborhood.
