We are looking for someone to take over an individual lease at The Cottages starting in August. This is for the full term of the lease: FROM AUGUST '17 TO  AUGUST '18.  There is an option to take a 10-month lease also (August 2017 through May 2018.)  Monthly rent installment is $529 for a 12-month lease.

 

We are offering to pay the first two months rent for anyone who signs an approved sublease agreement.
