Texas Tech Parents Association Military Families Program

Texas Tech Parents Association is pleased to offer a program for military families whose sons and daughters are Red Raider students.  The purpose of the MFP is to honor our military and veteran families and connect them to Texas Tech University services and programs.
Texas Tech University has been recognized as a Military Friendly School® for several years by Victory Media Inc. The Association offers complimentary membership to active duty, honorably discharged or separated, and retired military families to keep them abreast of services and programs offered through Texas Tech University specifically to Military dependents. We work closely with the Military & Veterans Programs department at Texas Tech.

"The Association has great respect for the service and sacrifice of military families and looks forward to working with Texas Tech's Military & Veterans Programs (MVP) to promote activities and benefits available exclusively through the University," said Joyce Zachman, Executive Director.  Ms. Zachman adds, "Lou Ortiz, and all the staff at TTU's MVP, are friendly and very helpful. They are ready to direct and support students to maximize their success potential."

To take advantage of TTPA's MFP membership, submit a membership form. Then submit a copy of either a military ID or DD214 (redact personal information).
