Prerequisite: complete one year Matador Leader
Through workshops, experience, training, and engagement, the Emerging Leader level is designed to guide motivated first-year parent volunteers to be leaders at and beyond Texas Tech Parents Association.   Commitment, integrity, and purpose serve in the second level as Red Raider Leaders continue their journey through a variety of deeper engagement activities.   Parents of upperclassman are essential contributors to the Association. Their proven leadership provides direction and helps develop new programs to better serve parents and students.   Raider Nation Leaders are invaluable, offering leadership and guidance to first and second year families. Experienced leaders make a meaningful contribution to the future of the Association.
